This notice explains how Zona Musica Attiva processes the personal data of visitors to zmastudio.com and of people who contact us through the request form.

What data we collect

Through the request form: name, email, phone (if you give it), the service you are interested in, your preferred date and your message. Through the client area: the files you upload and their names.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and organise sessions or lessons. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties.

How long we keep it

Requests for 24 months, client area files until the work is finished or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to zma@zmastudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
